SHAPING THE WORLD IN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 pivotal moment acknowledging role businesses will play in addressing world’s social, economic and environmental challenges. Now, all stakeholders in development need to move beyond theory and articulate clear pathways to achieving these goals. Three years since the goals were adopted, RBF 2018 will bring together more than 800 leaders to share commitments to action, report on progress and together define a framework for measuring performance and impact. A NEW APPROACH The Responsible Business Forum 2018 will focus on devising practical solutions with work streams across five areas critical to the attainment of the SDGs. 1. Climate action 2. Urbanisation 3. Circular economy 4. Labor & human rights 5. Food & nutrition security Each work stream will incorporate perspectives from business, youth, gender, technology, finance and policy, and seek practical, innovative and collaborative approaches to these issues through a new ‘lab format. Crucially, at the end of the Forum, participants will commit to measurable, ambitious outcomes as a benchmark for future success. TICKET PRICES FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? There are no ID requirements or age limit to enter the event, but having a business card or ID at hand will speed up the registration especially at the peak times. Yes, we do allow you to transfer your ticket to another person should you be unavailable to attend the forum. Please notify us as early as possible, by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org as we'll need to manually change the registration details. Can I update my registration information? Yes, you may update your registration information as needed - should you encounter any problems, please email us at email@example.com Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, the printed ticket is not required - in fact, we highly recommend not printing the ticket in order to reduce unneccessary waste. We use an electronic registration system and will do no print-outs. What is the refund policy? We won't be able to refund purchased tickets but we do allow you to transfer it to another person. Please do inform us in a case you'll be transferring the ticket to someone else. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Due to the ministerial level attendees, the event will have high security measures and we do need to check-in every attendee according to their registration. Therefore, we do require a pre-registration of each attendee. Should you be wanting to use a ticket registered to another person, please let us know in advance so we can transfer the ticket to the name of the actual attendee.
