Almost six out of 10 (57 per cent) of the HR and Corporate Training executives surveyed said that they were making greater use of e-learning, with four out of 10 utilising more on-the-job training and a third more personal coaching. All this is at the expense of traditional classroom-based learning, with three out of 10 saying that they were reducing classroom hours.

At the same time, four out of 10 (43 per cent) said that they were under greater pressure to quantify the results of training.  Informal training - Corporate Training with no predetermined form.
